SALES CONDITIONS:
1. The actual catalogue cancels and replaces all the previous ones.
2. Price list can change any time during the year.
3. Actual product prices has to be considered net of VAT.
4. Payment on goods delivery.
5. Prices quoted EXWK. Freight cost extra.
6. Any discrepancies between what was ordered and received must be communicated to the company not later than 7 days from goods receipt, first by phone, then formally, with all the relevant details by fax. Any claims, received after 5 days of goods receipt, will be rejected.
7. Items features, for several reason, dictated by the requirements of manufacturing or processing devices, may undergo changes over time without notice or obligation.
Manufacturer has the right to modify designs during catalog validity. Photos have to do not be considered as realistic ones but merely indicative of the product.
WARRANTY:
Cos.ma.s guarantees its own manufactured products free of material & workmanship defects. Warranty has validy for one year from date of goods receipt. The warranty is not valid for worn components or in case of any modifications, tampering, repairs, substitutions and alterations which have not been previously approved by this company.
Products commercialized by this company are guaranteed by relative manufacturer.
WARNING:
Remember to strictly follow all use requirements settled by the actual norms. In order to avoid damages to things and people is recommended:
- the use of the product in a defined area, not accessible to external and not competent people;
- it must be used protective and safety devices as goggles, gloves, and masks;
- the devices must be carefully handled by the operator. Once the nozzle is securely settled inside the pipe, let it gradually get in pressure;
- never remove the nozzle inside the pipe during work.
The company is not responsible for damages and accidents caused by improper or different utilisation from that it has been intended for.
